One of our finest cuts of meats, the Crossings whole pork tenderloin is absolutely decadent (a word I normally only use for dessert !).  Our heritage Pork fed on non-GMO feed and pastured with access to acorn filled woods makes amazingly delicious  meals. No need to put strong seasonings on, a slight marinade is all you need - if that !!  Best cooked medium rare, it would be a waste to overcook this amazing cut.  Approx. 1.5 pounds
