We think that the Crossings Black Angus Beef Roast is the ultimate one pot easy meal ! While of course we love that fact that our Black Angus are born and raised right here on the farm and are 100% pasture fed, we also appreciate the ease of preparation.

We find that thawing (or partially thawing), adding a quick seer to the outside, and then putting in an oven or crock pot for the day makes us look like rock stars in the kitchen !! We prefer to just add salt and pepper to our Crossings Chicken Stock after it has been placed in the pot and let it cook low and slow all day. After we come back in from work or the fields then we normally add our potatoes, carrots and maybe turnip or two for a total meal in a pot !!
