One of our favorite things made right here in Reeds, North Carolina is Lauren’s freshly baked Sourdough Bread. Lauren takes great pains to create the freshest mode delectable and nourishing Sourdough anywhere around. She does this by freshly grinding organic wheat berries, and using only fresh ingredients.

Please note that Lauren bakes twice a week (unless for a special event), normally on Tuesdays and Fridays.
