Should I use the All Purpose or Bread Flour?
It really depends on what you want to bake! All Purpose is great for items that require a lower protein or less strength in the dough while our 100% Certified Organic Bread Flour is great for breads and some items that need a bit more strength or “bite” like pizza.
Is this flour enriched?
No, they do not enrich, bleach, or bromate any of our 100% Certified Organic flours. No folic acid is added to these products.

Did you know there was a Lindley Mill before there was a “true” America?? Lindley Mill was established in 1755 by Thomas Lindley at its present location on Cane Creek in Graham, North Carolina. The mill was the site of the Revolutionary War Battle of Lindley’s Mill. The Governor of North Carolina, his cabinet, and approximately 1,000 men were involved. Earlier, British General Lord Cornwallis visited the mill to “purchase” flour for his army.
