Made fresh daily in Charlotte, North Carolina, Pasta & Provisions makes their pasta fresh in-house with Italian durum wheat flour in multiple flavors.

*Made fresh for Crossings and provided frozen, P&P pasta can keep in the freezer for several months or in the fridge for a week. The freshness of it allows for a tiny cooking time of 90 second to 3 minutes, depending on how you like it served !!

Serving is enough for 3-4 people. Best when paired with their signature and freshly made sauces. If you LOVE sauce like we do, grab 2 sauces and a Crossings meat to mix in !!
