The Three Grain Hot Breakfast Cereal is a hearty, antioxidant-rich breakfast porridge that takes about 30 minutes to cook. Use 3 parts liquid to 1 part grain and simmer until done. If it remains crunchy, keep cooking, adding boiling water, as needed. Enjoy as you would any bowl of hot porridge. It currently contains Bloody Butcher Heirloom Dent Corn, Cateto Orange Heirloom Flint Corn, and NuEast Red Wheat.

We recommend using our products as soon as possible in order to enjoy the benefits of fresh flour, but if storing longer than 2 weeks, we recommend freezing or refrigerating for maximum shelf-life.
