A unique apple that is a cross between a Honeycrisp and a Fuji that has a sweet and spicy (tangly) flavor, ginger notes and texture that is similar to an Asian Pearl.  

Even though they are not the most beautiful apple in the TK Family Farm group, they are the number one seller and a fan favorite !!! They can be used for fresh eating, baking or cider.  Normally comes with approximately 8 apples per bag.
