Small Business Saturday at Crossings
Come out on Small Business Saturday and enjoy coffee while listening to the laying hens cackle in the pasture. If you grab a cup of coffee and peek out the back porch you will get a glimpse of the latest batch of piglets playing in the woods !!!

How to Cut-UP a Whole Chicken Demonstration
This is the perfect time for you to discover how to properly cut up a whole chicken. Purchasing a whole bird is the most economic way to purchase chicken. Here you will be supplied with at least a 4 pound pasture raised broiler to work with and take home to serve to your family or friends. We will go over several different options from taking the bird apart with basic cuts as well as a few more advanced options. Please bring a few large zip lock baggies, suitable knife, cutting board and a few hand towels to use.
**All participants will receive a 10% discount on any additional purchases made the day of the demonstration**

We know you have been patiently waiting for our non-GMO chicken breasts, and they will be available for pick up starting Sunday, April 17th, 2016 from 3pm-7pm. The deadline for pre-orders for these is Thursday, April 14th at 7pm !!! If you still want to pre-order, but cant make it here on Sunday, we are happy to hold them for you for a week or so.
